Move in all Planes and Axis to improve your time in the saddle!

When we ride Dressage we move our bodies in quite a small range, subtle small movements that are often imperceptible to those watching, and the more experienced, more sensitive and accomplished the horse and rider the more imperceptible the movements become.

A healthy spine and body requires movement on a regular basis in all planes – forwards, backwards, in rotation,and side bending.

Movement that takes us beyond our smaller ranges that we use on our horses, movement that takes us to the ends of our healthy ranges, that challenges and inspires and invigorates us. Movement that makes us feel alive – that takes us beyond our needs for our daily function.

If your body has no pathological restrictions – move it and move with relish!

Your body and your horse will thank you for it.
